DoW ManTech Drives Innovation and Collaboration at Successful Defense Manufacturing Conference

Orlando, FL — The Office of the Secretary of War Manufacturing Technology Program (ManTech) took part in one of the most influential technology platforms in the U.S., the annual Defense Manufacturing Conference (DMC). Joined by key innovators, researchers, academics and industry leaders from across the advanced manufacturing landscape, ManTech Director, Keith DeVries, said he left the site of the conference in Orlando, Florida re-energized and inspired after engaging in discussions about next-generation technologies in defense manufacturing. Although DMC 2025 was postponed until March 30, 2026, it remains one of the Nation’s most influential advanced manufacturing platforms, showcasing new and emerging technologies from across the defense industrial base, and featuring a series of exciting panel discussions and unique networking opportunities.

DoD ManTech and its Partners Observe Manufacturing Month

Washington — Every year, DoD ManTech and the DoD Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (MIIs) commemorate Manufacturing Month by inspiring and educating the public about American manufacturing - why it’s a critical part of the Nation’s defense strategy and how it strengthens and preserves a strong U.S. economy. Congress created the Department of Defense Manufacturing Technology Program (DoD ManTech) nearly 70 years ago, recognizing the need to invest in maturing manufacturing technologies, and enhancing the skills and capabilities of the American industrial base, including the people who work within it.
