JDMC membership includes senior leaders from Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)), Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)), Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Defense Logistics Agency, Missile Defense Agency, Defense Contract Management Agency, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
