On January 31, 2024, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Secretary Rick Siger, County Executive Sara Innamorato, Pittsburgh Mayor Ed Gainey, Senator Jay Costa, Representative Aerion Abney, and more Pennsylvania leaders visited Mill 19, the ARM Institute’s shared Pittsburgh headquarters with Carnegie Mellon University, to highlight the importance of the robotics and manufacturing industries in the Governor’s new economic development strategy: Pennsylvania Gets It Done.
